Brad holds a PhD in Physics from UC Berkeley and completed postdoctoral research in synthetic biology at Harvard Medical School. He oversees zoning, land use, transportation planning, economic development, and comprehensive and master plan preparation for the city. Eric holds a master's degree in City Planning – Land Use and Transportation from the University of Pennsylvania and is certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners. Before Cleveland Heights, he spent five years as a planning and economic development director in Port Chester, New York, building a career in municipal planning dating back to internships in 1996.
